At STARK Tourist & Services, we value your time and strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. The following policy applies to all tours and services.
Booking & Payment
- Guests may reserve tours without upfront payment under our Book Now, Pay Later option.
- Payment can be completed before or on the day of the tour, either online or through approved local payment methods.
- Once a booking is confirmed, guests will receive a confirmation email or message (WhatsApp/SMS).
Amendments
- Changes to tour details (date, time, number of participants) are permitted up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
- Additional fees may apply for upgrades (private tours, special inclusions, or add-ons).
Cancellations
- Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full, with no refunds.
Group Size & Participation
- Each tour has a maximum group size for safety and comfort. Please check individual tour details.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Certain tours may not be suitable for individuals with mobility, medical, or safety restrictions—please contact us prior to booking.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
- Guests must arrive at the designated meeting or pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure.
- Tours will proceed on schedule; delays beyond 15 minutes may result in the guest missing the tour without refund.
