Cancellation Timeline
Custom & Private Tours
Custom itineraries, private helicopter tours, or any service requiring upfront partner payments are subject to different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if eligible, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. STARK reserves the right to deduct transaction fees charged by third-party platforms.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, extreme weather, civil unrest, etc.), guests may be offered the option to reschedule, receive a full refund, or convert to a future travel credit, depending on the nature of the disruption.
